Registration for "Battle on the Rhine" at Historic Fort Mott is now open! Information and registration form below!

Historic Fort Mott
454 Fort Mott Rd
Pennsville, NJ 08070-9646
(856) 935-3218

It is 1945. The Battle of the Bulge has been twarted. The Germans have been pushed back across the Rhine. Now for the first time during the war the Allies are preparing to enter the enemy homeland and bring and end to this bloody conflict. But the Germans have vowed to defend the Fatherland until the end. Come see the reenactment of the Allied push into German territory!

This event will display the WWII soldiers during the March 1945 struggle to gain a foothold in Germany. Unit displays will be along the casemates, towers and observation bunkers. The public will be shown the life of the allied and axis soldiers carrying all of their belongings on their backs, slugging it out day in and day out.

Last year we had over 2,000 people attend to check out this small scale event, and we would love to have more of you folks participate, specifically those of you who like to talk with the public, and put on a educational show. This is a great opportunity to teach folks about your niche in history.

NOTE: There will be two public "demonstrations" of combat tactics, combined arms against a fixed bunker/ emplacement and the harsh reality of field medical conditions.

*Authors will be present for book signings.

*WWII Vendors will be present as well. Additional vendors are also welcome (or bring your gear to sell / swap) as long as they are registered with the 9th ID.
